This workshop offers managers the tools to strengthen their soft skills and continue to fascinate and direct their team, both individually and collectively.

  • Inventory of challenges - The workshop starts with an analysis of the specific challenges that managers and their teams face. What are the bottlenecks in motivation and connection, and how do they manifest themselves in daily practice?
  • Theoretical framework - Participants gain insight into the principles of modern leadership and motivation. Central are theories of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, communication strategies and the importance of psychological safety within teams.
  • Practical skills - Through interactive exercises and case studies, participants learn how to better reach and motivate their team members. Work is underway on conversation techniques, feedback methods and creating a motivating climate, including remotely.
  • Personal action plan - Each participant draws up a concrete plan to directly apply the insights and skills gained in their own working environment. This plan includes goals, action points and measurable results.
