An employee is entitled to job coaching provision, but what does that mean practically? The goal is clear: maintain job satisfaction and performance, so that someone can function permanently in his or her job. This sometimes requires more than good will - it requires targeted support, training and sometimes adjustments.

Our job coaches therefore work closely with employer and employee. We look at what skills are needed, what tools can help, and how we can best support both. The result: an employee who continues to work with confidence and pleasure, and an employer who retains an experienced, motivated colleague.

Radvance

  • Intake and analysis: We inventory what skills are needed and where the employee can use support.
  • On-site guidance: The job coach participates in work practice - demonstrates skills, provides targeted training and ensures that adjustments function properly.
  • Evaluation and completion: We evaluate progress, adjust where necessary, and complete when the employee can function independently.

Finalization and benefits
The employer retains an experienced, motivated employee and sees less absenteeism. The employee works with more self-confidence, experiences less frustration and remains involved in the work. In addition, targeted adjustments and tools ensure that work remains feasible and pleasant - essential for long-term retention of job satisfaction and performance.
