Course emergency response

As an employer, you are legally obliged to introduce effective measures in the field of business assistance (Arbowet, Article 3, paragraph 1e). The design and scope of your business assistance depends on the size of your organization and the safety and health risks associated with it - determined by your Risk Inventory and Evaluation (RI&E).

Appointing well-trained emergency response officers is crucial. According to article 15 of the Working Conditions Act, care must be taken to ensure that they have the appropriate knowledge, skills and equipment to perform their duties effectively. This online training ensures that your emergency response staff develop exactly those competencies - without distance and without operational disruptions.

Progress
The training covers all essential parts of business assistance:

• Life-saving First Aid (LEH) - general guidelines, vital signs, recognition of circulatory arrest, practical resuscitation, use of AED, first aid for choking and suffocation, and specific points of interest for children
• Organization of business assistance - structure, roles and responsibilities within your organization
• Measures in case of fire and smoke  - recognition of fireplaces, correct handling of extinguishing agents, and rapid response
• Transition with dangerous substances - identification and precautions
• Communication and communication tools - effective coordination during emergencies
• Clearance and evacuation - practical implementation, escape routes and aftercare
• Safety - integral approach to safety in practice

Upon completion of the final test, the participant will receive a certificate.
