Labor expert Research addendum
When an employee's situation changes during a reintegration process, the original Labor Expert Research (AD) can no longer fully match the current possibilities and limitations. Consider changes in health, working conditions or personal circumstances that affect reintegration. An addendum to the existing AD study provides clarity and ensures that the reintegration process is back in line with the new situation. This prevents unnecessary delays and enables employer and employee to continue working on sustainable employability in a targeted manner.
Gradient
- Inventory of changes — The work expert inventories the new situation, such as changes in health, working conditions or personal circumstances, and determines which aspects of the original AD study need to be adjusted.
- Additional study — If necessary, the labour expert carries out additional research, such as discussions with the employee, occupational physician or other persons concerned, in order to fully identify the new situation.
- Adaptation of the AD report — The original AD report is supplemented by the new insights and conclusions, only changing the relevant parts.
- Reporting — The addendum is recorded in writing and shared with all parties involved, such as employer, employee, company doctor and case manager.
Completion and benefits With this addendum you have an up-to-date and complete picture of the employee's capabilities and limitations. This allows you to continue the reintegration process efficiently, with clarity for both employer and employee. For the employee, this means that the process is back to the current situation, which increases the chance of successful reintegration. For the employer, it provides assurance that the measures taken are appropriate and effective, thus preventing unnecessary absence.
