During the absence period, it is often unclear whether an employee can fully resume his own work. An Employment Expert Survey maps out the real employment opportunities - objectively and independently. This research differs from medical diagnostics: it specifically focuses on what someone wel can do, given his or her current situation. This gives employers and employees clarity: can the employee (partly) return to their own work, or are adjustments necessary? That certainty is crucial for the next step in reintegration.
Proceedings
The study is carried out by a registered employment expert and is based on existing information:
The labour expert determines which work fits in with current possibilities, where adjustments or guidance are needed and/or whether reintegration into the second track (in other work) is needed.
Frounding and benefits
The result is clear advice: where can the employee get started, and where are steps needed? For the employer, this means less uncertainty and more informed decisions about reintegration. For the employee, it offers perspective - clarity on how things proceed, building on what is possible, not on what is not possible.
