This is an acute intervention without a standard quotation process. By submitting your application, you agree to. Once we receive it, we will share the emergency protocol so that you can make contact 24/7.

• Our provider immediately engages the nearest experienced consultant and ensures that he or she is on site within two hours (available 24/7).
• The care provider starts support and makes an assessment of the required follow-up care together with you on site.
• Because this concerns acute assistance, we invoice this afterwards. No prior quotation process is required.

Finalization and follow-up care
Many employees recover with one-off professional support. Others may benefit from follow-up when they continue to suffer from sleep problems, startle reactions, relapses or emotional complaints. We offer a suitable aftercare process for this, with costs that we present transparently in advance.

Legal basis
The Civil Code (art. 7:658 of the Dutch Civil Code) obliges employers to provide adequate shelter after violence, accidents or crisis situations in work.
