Multidisciplinary trajectory

If there is a combination of complaints, or complaints are the result of a combination of factors, a multidisciplinary process can be used. Various solution-oriented interventions are used. Before a multidisciplinary process is started, an intake will always first take place that produces a treatment plan. Following this treatment plan, a follow-up quote will be drawn up.

During the intake, research will first take place, the physiotherapist and psychologist will extensively examine the client in physical and mental areas. The research is supported with scientifically based questionnaires. The study examines not only physical causes of the (imminent) absence, but also other factors (behavioral, work, private) that may influence the complaints. After the investigation, the professional will provide advice to the client and client about the most suitable program.

NOTE: Even before the intake takes place, a no-obligation introductory meeting between our provider and the employee may begin. Submit this request only when employee is aware that his or her file will be submitted to our provider. Our provider may have questions.
